A "thanks," is all we need...

We drove by last week and there were kids playing hoops. Hoops sans nets. However, we try to keep a low profile and did not want to interrupt the games so we continued on. Today, however, just one young kid shooting around...

There are quite a few hoops, some without rims. There were three rims that needed nets. So, Eric and I proceeded to bring three rims back up to respectability. Eric has become very proficient at installing the nets, I think he's worried I might fall off the ladder. Our work done, we head back to the car. Then we heard the kid that was shooting around yell, "Thanks," as he started shooting on one of the rehabilitated rims. "Your welcome," I replied, as we rode off into the sunset. Or, actually drove down the street back to the ranch (house).
